How to set a new Admin Email?

Learn how to configure a different admin email address per distribution channel

System emails sent by Nezasa, such as Booking Confirmation, will be sent to the configured email address on the distribution channel if set.

Otherwise, all system emails will be sent to the configured admin email address of the tour operator.

Steps to set Admin Email: 

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Distribution Channels
  • Click on your TripBuilder ID
  • Scroll down on the general tab to Email Delivery
  • Enter a new TO Email (Admin Email)
  • Click Save

Important note: Only admin users can access the Distribution Channels Settings.
