Overview
The Cockpit's Resource Centre enhances user experience by serving as a centralised hub for accessing various support resources, getting updates, and giving product feedback. It also streamlines navigation through articles in Nezasa's Support Hub.
Accessing the Resource Centre
To access the Resource Centre from the Cockpit, look for the "?" direct access button at the top-right corner of the page.
Once you click on this button, a pop-up will appear, providing you with the following options:
- Support Hub
- Announcements
- Training and Events
- BucketList
Please note: Occasionally, the Announcements and Training and Events options might not be visible, depending on the availability of relevant information. |
Support Hub
The Support Hub option helps locate desired articles. A search bar at the top of the pop-up lets you type keywords and search through the TripBuilder's Knowledge Base.
Upon searching, a list of relevant results will be displayed. Choose the one you prefer to open its detail page, such as Markups vs. Margins.
There is also a direct link to the article on the Support Hub. To be redirected, click the button in the top right corner of the pop-up.
Access in Discovery and Planner
Though the Support Hub is primarily accessed via the Resource Centre on the Cockpit, it can also be accessed in Discovery and Planner. The Help button is situated on the lower right side of your screen.
Please note: For customers using TripBuilder in an IBE setup, the Support Hub's accessibility in Discovery and Planner only applies to a non-iframe IBE due to technical constraints. |
Announcements
Selecting the Announcements option keeps you updated with the latest developments and milestones. For instance:
In the example, the link will lead you to the release notes detailing the latest TripBuilder updates.
Training and Events
Clicking on Training and Events will list any upcoming events. For example:
Clicking on Secure your seat will direct you to a form to sign up for the online event. As availability is limited, we recommend you to register early to secure your spot.
BucketList
By clicking on BucketList, you can provide product feedback or make a request. The information can be submitted directly in the pop-up or in a more comprehensive form by selecting the Open in Portal link. You can also check the status of your feedback request. Viewing and voting on other requests will require accessing the BucketList portal.
