00:00: This guide will walk you through the process of using the TripBuilder application to create a tour module. Tour modules only work with the use of Transit Activities. These are fixed tour modules, group tours, cruises & multi-day activities or set rental car tours. 00:16: Click on the "Create Module" button to create a new module in the TripBuilder application. 00:21: To create a new tour module, enter the - Title of the Module - and the start and end location. Note that the start and/or end location of the module needs to correspond to the template the module should be later used or selected for. 00:34: Select in the module structure drop-down option "Tour" and in the module flexibility option "flexible". 00:40: Click on "Create" to create the daft version of the module and to be able to define further details. 00:46: On the Stops overview page, you see the start and end locations that you have defined when creating the module. Additionally, you now have the possibility to add a connection. The connection is in this case a pre-created transit activity product. 01:01: Click on "Add connection". 01:04: And "Click to add a new connection". 01:07: Make sure that the main transport type is set to Activity. 01:11: In the search field, type in the name of the activity you want to add. Click the "Learn more" action on the screen to watch the guide on how to create a transit activity product. 01:21: Based on your search, the desired activity will be displayed in the overview. Select it and click on Done. 01:29: On the connection overview screen, make sure to display that the settings of the activity are correctly selected. Select "Show activity segments minimized and location markers on map". 01:40: Make sure to save all changes and navigate back to the main screen of the module. 01:45: The activity is now added as the connection between the start and end location of the module. The start and end location of the module match, in this case, with the start and end location of the activity. This needs to be made sure, otherwise, you will receive an error message when saving that there is a gap in connection between the locations. 02:05: There are different other tabs on the modules, such as - the description tab. You will be able to enter the key sentence and a short description of the module. - Although not mandatory, you can illustrate your module by adding some pictures. Navigate to the picture tab to add pictures via the picture library. - and the translation tab allows you to enter the translations for all enabled languages. 02:29: After you have added all the relevant information explained in the previous steps, you can now validate and publish the module. - Click on Validate to see if your module has been created correctly without any errors. 02:41: Clicking on Publish sets the draft version of the module into a published version. 02:46: This guide covered the steps to create a tour module in the TripBuilder application. We hope this guide was helpful. Thanks for watching.
