The following table matches each TripBuilder user profile with their application access.
User Profiles | Application Access |
Employee - Admin |
|
Employee - Full Permissions |
|
Employee - Product Management Only |
|
Employee - Customer Care Only |
|
Admin User of Travel Agency |
|

Please note: Unlike other user profiles, which are specifically created by an "Employee - Admin" user, "Guest" users are automatically created by TripBuilder anytime a user reaches the Checkout stage and fills in their contact information (i.e., name and email address). This process is fully transparent to the "Guest" user, who is often an IBE user. No credentials are required for account creation, and no default credentials are issued or sent by email. |

Hello, I got a question regarding the user profile "guest". What is the purpose of this profile and access area?
Hi Sonam
Thanks for your questions.
"Guest" is the main contact of a customer's itinerary automatically updated upon a booking or request. These are details of the main contact entered during the checkout.
The only access area is the itinerary that they are planning and eventually book. (Summary)
However, when handling bookings, always refer to the pax and contact data stored on the itinerary! (Customer Care)
I hope that answers your questions.
Best,
Anne
