Overview
Travel documentation includes the main details about a trip, providing crucial information for travellers. Agents and tour operators can access this documentation through various sections of TripBuilder: the Agent Centre, Customer Care, and the Planner.
This documentation serves an informative purpose for travellers, providing a comprehensive guide for their trip. It can be customised to include different levels of detail. It outlines the itinerary structure, including dates, locations, modes of transport, and details of booked products and services. Although the itinerary's sales price can be displayed, it is important to note that this is not a financial document and cannot be used as an invoice.
TripBuilder also allows downloading travel documentation in PDF and DOCX formats.
Understanding File Formats: For detailed guidance on using the DOCX/Word format with TripBuilder, refer to the article Travel Documentation: Word Download. This article covers specifics and existing limitations of the DOCX format. |
Please note: Be aware that the combination of supported fonts and special characters is limited. This limitation could cause display issues in travel documentation. Hence, it is best to avoid using special characters in the itinerary and its descriptions of the components. |
