Overview
TripBuilder offers essential reporting capabilities, allowing you to export data in CSV format. You can import this data into various external tools, from simple spreadsheets to more sophisticated business analytics software.

How to Generate TripBuilder Reports
Follow these steps to request a specific TripBuilder report:
1. From the Cockpit, navigate to Settings.
2. Under the Monitoring menu, click on Reports.
3. A list of all available reports will be displayed.
4. Click the Request button next to the desired report.
Upon clicking the Request button, a modal window will prompt you to enter your email and any other necessary information. There are two types of modal windows based on the report type:

Itinerary Report modal:
- General Report modal (for all other reports)
Once you submit the request, the report will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also add additional recipients' emails before finalising the request.
Please note: All reports are generated in CSV format and delivered as a compressed ZIP file. |
