There are two ways to search for itineraries:
- Search Itineraries By Text
This field allows searching for passenger names, trip names, passport numbers or itinerary IDs.
- Filter by Status
It is possible to search for itineraries based on their status. There are seven filter options in total:
|All||Displays all itineraries, regardless of their status.|
|In Planning||Itineraries, where the planning process has started, i.e., after clicking "Create Itinerary".|
|Checkout Started||The itinerary changes into this status after "Checkout Now" has been clicked in the Planner.|
|Reservation Requested||Used when the agent is booking elements of the tour offline. This is not relevant for Marketplace customers.|
|Reserved||Used when the agent is booking elements of the tour offline. This is not relevant for Marketplace customers.|
|Pending Modification||A booking change has been initiated.|
|Booking Requested||The booking is in manual processing and has not been paid yet.|
|Confirmed by Supplier||The booking has been confirmed.|
|Cancellation Completed||The itinerary has been cancelled.|
|Option Booking||Only applicable for customers with CRS integration.|
Even though all options under Filter by Status will be displayed in the drop-down menu, only the ones listed in bold will apply to Marketplace customers.
