Overview
In TripBuilder, Customer Itineraries refer to all itineraries and bookings accessible by Travel Agent users. Due to the specific permissions associated with this user role, not all actions available in the Customer Care section of TripBuilder can be applied to itineraries and components.
How to Access Customer Itineraries?
The user can navigate to Customer Itineraries from:

TripBuilder dashboard:
- Click on Customer Itineraries from the top toolbar or the box with the same name in the For Agents functionality column.

Planner:
- Click on Customer Itineraries from the top toolbar.
The Agent Centre page is presented to the user regardless of the navigation source.
The Agent Centre offers two main functions:
- Users can search for itineraries by text and booking status.
- Actions can be performed through the icons on the itinerary card, including navigating to the Planner.
Please note: Every itinerary created within the scope of a travel agency is visible to all travel agents affiliated with that agency. This design promotes collaboration among agents, thereby enhancing their overall efficiency and productivity. |
