Removing an Occupancy-Based Category
You can delete occupancy-based categories by following these steps:
1. Select the activity and click Checkout & Open from the actions menu in the top right corner
2. Click on the Room Categories tab
3. Identify the room category you wish to remove
4. Click the Delete Category button
5. Confirm the deletion action in the popup that appears
Please note: A room category can only be deleted if there are no open allotments associated with it. If open allotments exist, an error message will be displayed, preventing the deletion from impacting existing bookings. |
Planner Display
Planner users can select the room type and allocate the desired number of passengers (PAX) per available room. Occupancy-based pricing allows customers to modify room allocations by clicking the minus or plus signs.
Important: TripBuilder will only allow bookings to proceed once all travellers have been assigned rooms. |
