00:00: This guide will walk you through the process of using TripBuilder's Picture Library to upload, organise and manage your images. Pictures must be uploaded to the Picture Library before they can be added to the different areas, products and templates. 00:14: Navigate to the header menu bar of the Inventory and click on "Picture Library". 00:19: Click on the main folder of your picture library. The folder is created by default as the main folder and carries your company's name. 00:27: You are now in the main folder of the picture library. Here you have the possibility to upload all your required pictures to create and enrich products, modules and templates with visualisation. While on this screen, you see already created folders, your screen may not show any folders yet. You can either just upload pictures directly into the main folder or get more organised with the use of folders. We recommend working with folders to have a better structure within your library. 00:55: If you would like to structure your picture library with folders, start by clicking on "New Folder". 01:01: A modal opens, allowing you to enter a name for your folder. You can order your folders, for example, by country. Once you have enter the name, click OK. 01:12: Your folder has been created. You can now upload pictures directly into your folder or create further sub-folders. Let me show you how to upload pictures in the next steps. Double click on your created folder. 01:26: Clicking on the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen opens a drop-down. 01:31: Within the drop-down, click on "Picture Upload". 01:35: A modal opens, which allows you to upload a picture directly from your device. Click on "Choose File". Note that only one picture can be uploaded at a time. If the resolution of the picture is too low, the system sends an error message. Pictures need to have a good, preferably excellent, quality. The maximum file size is 10MB. 01:58: The selected image will be uploaded. Crop the picture to the correct ratio as it should be displayed on the Front-end. No matter how small or large the square is, the output ratio on the Front-end will be the same. Move the frame to the correct position. 02:14: Once satisfied, click on "Crop". 02:17: Next, add the pictures meta data. Enter the "Caption", the title of the picture that will be shown in Front-end. Enter "Keywords", additional keywords to search for the picture. Add the "Area" where the picture is located. 02:32: Note that it is not mandatory to add all of this information. We suggest adding at least a title since it will be shown in the Front-end once a user hovers over the picture. Additionally, you can add the license information to the picture. Click on "Learn more" Once you added all details, click "Save". 02:50: The pictures have now been added with all the defined details. Clicking on the pictures allows you to view the information again or apply changes. 02:59: You will also notice three dots on the right-hand side of the picture. Click on the dots, which will reveal a drop-down. 03:07: The drop-down shows three additional options. You can crop the picture. You can delete the picture and you can move the picture to another folder. 03:16: Once you have uploaded the picture to the library, it can be added to products, modules and templates within the Inventory. Let's discover how pictures can be added to, for example, a template. 03:28: Navigate in the Inventory to the template you want to add the picture to. Set it into draft mode and click on the picture tab. Click on the "+" symbol. 03:38: A modal will open, which allows you to search for the picture based on the added caption or keywords. 03:44: Select the picture(s). 03:47: And assign it. 03:50: The pictures will be added to the template. 03:53: We hope you enjoyed this guide on the process of using TripBuilder's Picture Library to upload, organise and manage your images. Thank you

Please note:
Once you select and use an image from the Picture Library in an area, template, module, or product, it becomes decoupled from the Picture Library. This implies:
- Deleting an image from the Picture Library will not affect its current usage. The image will still be shown wherever it is already used/referenced.
- Changing an image in the Picture Library does not automatically update the items where they are currently in use. You must manually replace the old image with the new version to reflect an image update.
Remember these points to ensure your content remains organised and up-to-date.
