Cancellation Filter

Filter out hotels based on whether they have no free cancellation and/or whether they do not provide any cancellation information.

  • Exclusion Rules
    • No Free Cancellation
    • No Cancellation Info
  • Important remark: The filter is not a guarantee that it will only show hotels with a free cancellation option, as this relies on the information provided by the supplier.

At the same time, filtering out “free cancellation hotels” doesn’t mean that the free cancellation option will be available indefinitely. Some hotels offer the option of free cancellation until a certain number of days before the check-in.

With the ➕ option, you are able to combine definitions with the and function.

Examples

1. Allow only a specific star rating on a particular location for BedBanks
  • Select the Hotel Stars with min 3 and a max 5-star rating.

In the Planner, on the stops, only hotels with 3 and 5-star ratings will be displayed.

Please Note for Accommodation:

  • If it is a hotel from an external source we only support the filters for Stars, specific accommodation (by id), and supplier.
  • For Nezasa inventory we also support the area, country, and user rating filter.
