Learn how to configure a different admin email address per distribution channel

System emails, such as Booking Confirmation, can be sent to the configured email address of a distribution channel if added in the system. Otherwise, all system emails will be sent to the configured admin email address of the tour operator.


Steps to set Admin Email: 

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Distribution Channels
  • Click on your TripBuilder ID
  • Scroll down on the General tab to Email Delivery

  • Enter a new TO Email (Admin Email)
  • Click Save

Important note: Only admin users can access the Distribution Channels settings.
