Learn how to edit customer details of an itinerary
Steps to edit customer details
- Go to Customer Itineraries
- Search for the itinerary where customer details should be edited
- Click on Options
- Click on Edit Customer
When clicking Edit Customer, the following form will be displayed:
In the form, the user may add or change the personal information of the main traveller. By saving the changes, the information will be automatically updated.
If the form is empty, then no customer details have been added yet in the checkout step Traveller Details.
If the form is filled, then the customer details have been added in the checkout step Traveller Details.
Either way, if changes are saved, they will be updated generally.
