This article will describe how to confirm a booking manually in the Nezasa cockpit. 


Please Note: The features only available for Premium Plans and higher and needs to be enabled in the backend, please contact your account manager or Support Team for more information. 


Confirm a booking manually

The following steps describe in short how to confirm a booking manually in the cockpit. 

Steps to confirm a booking manually 

  • User opens respective itinerary in the cockpit with status Manual Processing

  • User clicks on Confirm Booking Manually of the Action button

  • Popup Confirm Booking Manually is displayed

  • Click on Confirm

  • The status of the booking is changed to  Confirmed by Supplier
