Process for Booking Cancellations
The self-service functionality to process booking cancellations can be enabled for Nezasa's TripBuilder platform. When enabled, bookings can be cancelled directly in TripBuilder Customer Care.

The terms for booking modifications can vary depending on the supplier, the travel product, and the time of the booking. If you wish to know more about the modification terms of a specific travel product, please contact marketplace@aerticket.com
Process for Booking Modifications
The self-service functionality for modifying existing bookings with TripBuilder is only available when a credit line exists with COCKPIT MARKETPLACE AG (marketplace operator). Otherwise, if you wish to modify an existing booking, please contact marketplace@aerticket.com
