Multi-Day Activities Search and Insertion

Search and insert Multi-day Activities in Planner?

Multi-day activities are created as inventory transit activities in the cockpit. They need to be created in the cockpit first, to be able to select them in the planner.

• Start planning an itinerary from scratch or planning from a template. 
• Click on Edit Route.

• Change the means of transportation between two stops to type Activity. An activity placeholder will be added to the route. 
• Click on Update to return to the planner. 

• Back on the planner, click on the Adjust button to get to the activity search page. A list of available activities will be displayed. 

• Select the activity and room activity (if needed) and click on Save. 

• The activity will be added to the itinerary. 

• You can replace any of the activities on the itinerary as desired by clicking on Replace and selecting a new activity from the overview. 

Delete Multi-day Activities from the Itinerary 

• Click on the Replace button of the activity in the planner. 
• Click on the Remove button above the currently selected activity.
