This setting enables the presentation of an action item on the Agent Dashboard that enables PAX names to be edited for a specific itinerary. If “Booked” or “On Request” components are present in the itinerary, the agent shall be able to trigger email notifications with the PAX changes.

Steps to enable the feature 

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Distribution Channels
  • Click on your TripBuilder ID
  • Go to the Agency Center Tab and enable the Show “Edit PAX Details” action
  • Click Save

Edit Pax Details in the Agency Center

  • Go to Customer Itineraries 
  • Search for the itinerary which should be edited 
  • Click on the three dots button and Edit Pax Details
    • A pop-up model allows you to edit the pax details. 
    • Click on Save to save changes.
