Overview
The "Edit PAX Details" feature allows travel agents to edit passenger (PAX) names for a specific itinerary directly from the Agent Center. If the itinerary includes components marked as “Booked” or “On Request,” the agent will trigger email notifications to communicate the PAX changes to suppliers.
Steps to Enable the Feature
1. Navigate to Settings
2. Click on Distribution Channels
3. Select your TripBuilder ID
4. Go to the Agent Center tab
5. Enable the setting Show “Edit PAX Details” action
6. Click Save
Using the feature in the Agent Center
1. Go to the TripBuilder Dashboard
2. Click on Customer Itineraries
3. The Agent Center page will be displayed
4. Locate the itinerary to be edited using text search and/or status filtering
5. Click on the three dots button to access actions applicable to the itinerary
6. Select Edit Pax Details
7. A modal will appear listing all passengers on the itinerary, with their information initially collapsed
8. Click on the "pencil" icon next to the passenger whose details you want to edit
9. The form with the passenger's data will expand
10. Make the necessary corrections to the passenger's data
11. If you need to correct data for another passenger, click the associated "pencil" icon
12. Once all edits are complete, click Save
