Integration Tab on Templates

The Integration tab on templates in inventory allows defining the following code or references. 

• CRS Service Codes 
  • Service Code (i.e. Leistungs Code, TOMA specific) can be defined here, which will be handed over to the CRS system. 
  • This only applies to customers with CRS integration, therefore, can be left empty otherwise. 

• External References
  • An external reference can hold the custom IDs or IDs of external systems. A list of external systems is provided via the drop-down. 
  • The information will be passed via the Booking API to the external system defined.
  • This is important because it will ensure customers who need this process are able to process and recognise bookings.
