      How to change the default transport type?

      Learn how to change the default transport type used in the route builder

      The default transport type is used in the route builder for newly created connection between two stops. By default the transport type is set to Rental Car.

      Steps to set the default transport type: 

      • Go to Settings
      • Click on Distribution Channels
      • Click on your TripBuilder ID
      • Click on the Planner tab
      • Change the default transport type by selecting another transport type from the drop down
      • Click Save

      Note: Changing the default from rental car to another default transport type is especially useful if you do not sell rental cars trips.
