Learn how to reset your password and gain access to your TripBuilder again
We all have been in the situation - at least once- that we forget a password for one the different tolls we are working with. Let us show you how to reset yours for TripBuilder.
Steps to reset your password:
- Enter your TripBuilder URL (click here to retrieve it)
- The Log In screen appears
- Click on the Forgot your password? link below the Login button
Provide your email address that you use for accessing your TripBuilder and click save
- Check your email Inbox. The verification email contains your personal password change link.
- Click on the Link, which will redirect you back to your TripBuilder
- On the reset password page, you can securely enter your new password.
- After saving the new password you will be automatically logged into TripBuilder.
